This 1-day course covers the requirements for and practice of internal audit of Quality Management Systems.
This training forms part of the performance evaluation of all Quality Management Systems. This training equips staff to carry out focused and effective internal audits and gives practical experience in planning for, conducting, reporting on and improving internal audits.
Anyone who may be asked to conduct internal audits.
The course consists of presentations, exercises, worked examples and interactive participation with question-and-answer sessions. The day will run from 09.00 to 16.30, with breaks for refreshments and lunch. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
