Course EMC (AVEC1)
      This 1-day course covers the application of the European
      Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (and the UK Electromagnetic
      Compatibility Regulations) to machinery.
Why Attend
All manufacturers of electrical equipment have an obligation to ensure that it is electromagnetically compatible with other equipment with which it is likely to have to co-exist. This training offers an overview of the European Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive and an explanation of the issues that affect compatibility. The course covers the requirements of the Directive and how to comply with them and gives examples of the good engineering practice that should be used. This course will help you to apply the Directive and UK regulations, effectively.

Importers of machinery, machinery designers, purchasers, electrical engineers, control engineers, project managers, machine and control system designers, safety or process engineers.
How is it delivered
The course consists of 1-day of presentations, worked examples and interactive participation with question and answer sessions. The day will run from 09.00 to 16.30, with refreshments and lunch provided. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
