amtri veritas is embracing World Reflexology Week – an international promotion of good health and well-being using reflexology.

Reflexology with Emma’ will be giving information and taster sessions at a company event on Monday 24th September 2018.

Reflexology stimulates the body into healing itself by improving circulation, reducing stress, pain and restoring natural balance.

amtri veritas believes it is important to look after the health and well-being of those you work with. By offering this fantastic opportunity to try something different with reflexology we want our staff to receive a moment of calm that modern day life doesn’t always afford us on a Monday afternoon.

amtri veritas is embarking on a 6 week Mindfulness training course with Sheila Ryan from 8th October – 26th November 2018.

Mindfulness training has been shown to improve health and wellbeing; participants report feeling calmer, less anxious and less depressed, are able to learn more effectively, think more clearly, and perform better.

Sustaining our attention and directing it to focus on whatever is happening now helps break the grip of unhelpful mental habits and impulses, making way for calmer, kinder and more rational thinking.

amtri veritas is an advocate for better mental health in the workplace. We are running this course to give our employees a wonderful opportunity to learn a skill to improve their mental health.
