Course Machinery Directive (AVMD2)
      This 2-day training course covering the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
      and CE marking requirements
Why Attend
All machinery suppliers must ensure machinery is safe and CE marked: this means it needs to comply with all relevant directives - specifically the Machinery Directive.
This training deals in detail with CE marking obligations and requirements of the Machinery Directive. The training will take you through performing risk assessments, the Essential Health and Safety Requirements, how to compile a technical file and general CE marking requirements. At the end of this course you will have a good understanding of what your company’s obligations are to comply with CE marking regulations and an understanding of the implications of the UK leaving the EU.

Training facilities in the Macclesfield area.
Who is it for
Importers of machinery, machinery designers, purchasers, mechanical engineers, project managers, machine and control system designers, safety or process engineers.
How is it delivered
The course will consist of a combination of presentations and exercises, providing interactive participation and question and answer sessions. The days will run from 09.00 to 16.30, with refreshments and lunch provided. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
